Experience the welcoming atmosphere, with open fires, and friendly staff. New management took over here in June 2011 to create comfortable accommodation in the charming converted stable block, overlooking the Beer Garden.

There’s ensuite accommodation converted out of an old stable block that overlooks the garden and a special ground-floor bedroom with full disabled facilities. The new head chef at the White Bull worked previously at Piccolino and for the Radisson group and has put together a British bistro-style menu with some Continental twists. 

There are regular themed dining nights and good facilities for parties and celebrations. Smaller groups can utilise a small room off the main dining area whilst the White Bull’s 200-seater function suite is ideal for weddings and meetings. Food is served lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Sunday.
